Elma Easling Portrait

For me, real estate isn’t just about houses. It’s about people, family, and community. I grew up in a family of contractors, surrounded by the process of building and creating homes. That experience taught me early on that a house is more than walls and a roof. It’s a place where stories unfold and memories are made.

I began investing in real estate in 2010 and earned my license in 2012. After starting my career in East Texas, I returned to Franklin, Tennessee in 2014 to continue serving in the place I call home. Experiencing different markets over the years has given me perspective I now share with clients as they navigate the buying or selling process. My goal is always to walk alongside you, provide clarity, and help you make decisions that feel right for both today and your future.

Outside of real estate, the most important thing in my life is family. Some of my favorite moments are spent hiking to Middle Tennessee’s beautiful waterfalls with my loved ones and our goldendoodle, or simply enjoying art, reading, cooking, and a really good cup of coffee. At the heart of it all, my faith, family, and love for community guide everything I do. Real estate is simply the path I use to live that out.
